We sell domains, pre-built websites, SLL certificates, and web hosting services.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Customers can cancel their domain renewals and/or hosting subscriptions at any time via their customer portal. Alternatively, customers can also reach out to us at support@smartlyhosting.tech and we can cancel their subscription for them.
Clients have 30 days to request a refund on all products we sell. We will honor a refund request, for any reason, as long as it's within 30 days after their purchase. Refund requests after the 30-day window are given out on a case-by-case basis. For example, we are more inclined to give a refund to someone if they accidentally request a refund on day 31, but we are far less likely to give out a refund if they request one after 6-12+ months of using our products.

Marketing
By visiting smartlyhosting.com, smartlyhosting.tech, and/or purchasing any of our products, you are agreeing to be marketed to by us about products and services we sell, as well as other products we may recommend as affiliates. Of course, you're free to opt-out from part or all of our marketing at any time.
If you've tried to opt-out of our marketing and have been unable to do so for some reason, simply contact us at support@smartlyhosting.tech and we will investigate the matter and see if we can help opt you out of our marketing.
Website Design & Customizations
Customers are free to customize the websites we give them, on their own accord. However, none of our websites come with free customizations or design requests. All of our websites are pre-built templates which which we give the customer to use as-is, or customize themselves, if they so choose to do so. If however a customer decides to customize their own website, we are not obliged in any way to help fix the website if it stops working for some reason.
Risks
Everything in life has risk - and this is especially the case when it comes to starting your own business. Many people have lost all their money and more by trying to start a business. Therefore, you should not in any way construe anything you read on smartlyhosting.com or smartlyhosting.tech as financial advice, business advice, or any type of advice for that matter. You assume all risks for any entrepreneurial venture you take part in, and by visiting smartlyhosting.com, smartlyhosting.tech and/or purchasing anything from us, you agree that we cannot be held liable in any way, shape, or form, for damages, injuries, financial loss, stress, turmoil, emotional trauma, or any other negative consequences that may occur as a result of trying to start, maintain, and/or grow a business.
Seek the advice of professionals before making any decision. We have no idea what your circumstances are and can only speak from our own subjective experiences that most likely will not apply to most people, and should not be construed as any sort of advice.
Multi-Month Hosting Plans
If you purchase any of our multi-month hosting plan, there's always a chance our company could no longer operate at some time in the future. If that happens, we of course will do our best to give our customers a notice they need to find another domain and hosting provider. However, we cannot predict the future and therefore cannot guarantee to service your website, domain, or hosting plan for the entirety of the time you purchased for. If in the extremely unlikely event we aren't able to service you anymore, we will contact you, and do our best to come up with a solution that all parties are happy with, which may be as simple as refunding your purchase.
